Shipping Policy

*Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

*All Domestic and International orders ship USPS priority, Ups and Dhl. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $7.99 and $25 for all international orders.

*Tracking information will be sent the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

* We are only able to ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure the address entered is correct.  If the package is returned to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7.99 due prior to reshipment.

*If your tracking information confirms your package was delivered please contact USPS.

*If your tracking information states notice left please contact USPS to reschedule the delivery before 14 days, otherwise your item will be returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*International packages may require additional processing time.

*Tasha Simone is not responsible for additional shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods.

*If your package is returned to Tasha Simone due to unpaid charges we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
